Denim
We pride ourselves to be the “go to makers” of complex Denim and outerwear products. Products that undergo meticulous processes in cutting, blocking, stitching, washing, disassembling, re-stitching and re-finishing until the final product mirrors our customer’s “look and feel” requirements.
Speed to market is important. In Asia Pacific, we partnered with our customer to establish a fast track model that deliver products in 12 weeks from day 1 of briefing to ex factory. This enable our customer to quickly respond and put on shelf local fashion trends and help address gaps in the global product line. And by the way, our MOQ’s are flexible too!
Denim jackets are timeless. In 2017, a customer celebrated 50th anniversary of its Trucker Jacket. For many years now, we are proud to be the makers of the more Complex Truckers: Truckers with Sherpa, Truckers with Blocking, Reversible Truckers, and even Truckers with Down feathers….and all these are done with complex washing and finishing!
While denim and outerwear is our core, we also do Tees! A customer estimates selling 1 T-shirt per second and we are very pleased to be part of this successful product.
We are thrilled to be making products made from collaboration between our customers and other great brands in Athletic footwear and apparel, Skateboarding, Entertainment, and even Video Characters! Our flexibility and responsiveness to our customer’s needs allow us to participate in this age of collaboration.
Design & Development
We are consumer focused. We want to know what consumers and fashionistas are talking about, including disruptions in the apparel and fashion industry. We want to have an insight about what’s coming. To do this, our design team travels to key Asia, USA and European markets to see fashion trends and participate in trade shows.
Every year, our design team provide customers with seasonal inspiration for both Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter collections. We also offer full package service from design to production.

Finish Development
30 years ago, denim finishing is only rinse and stonewash on dark, medium and light shade. At that time, these were the normal finishes in the industry.
Fast forward, the new normal ranges from basic to complex washes, from regular rinse to distressed, combination of dry and wet process to create an authentic vintage look. Our in-house Finishing Engineering team continuously provide support to our customers on finishing developments. We make complex finishes look simple!
